Ethiopian Atakilt Wat Stew

- β2 large Onions
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β4 medium Carrots
- β2 large Potatoes
- β2 tbsp Atakilt Wat spice mix
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt

1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the onions and cook until they are softened and translucent.

3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the carrots and potatoes, and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Add the Atakilt Wat spice mix and stir to combine.
