Full English Breakfast Bake
A twist on the classic full English breakfast, baked in a single dish for convenience and minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- β1 can (14.5 oz) Red Kidney Beansdrained and rinsed
- β4 Hearty Beef Sausages casings removed
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 medium Red Bell Pepperchopped
- β1 packet (6 servings) British Bangers and Mash Mixfollow package instructions
- β1 (9x13 inch) dish Bakegreased with cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the sausages over medium-high heat, breaking them up with a spoon as they cook, until browned and cooked through.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage mixture, red kidney beans, and British bangers and mash mix.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
