Malaysian Curry Brunch Strata
A hearty brunch dish with a Malaysian twist, featuring curry-infused bread, eggs, and crumbled patissiere. Perfect for a weekend morning.
Ingredients
- ●1 loaf Malaysian Curry BreadCubed into 1-inch pieces
- ●6 Large Eggs
- ●1 cup Crumbled Patissiere
- ●1 cup Creme Fraiche
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Curry Leaves
- ●2 tablespoons Grated Ginger
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté curry leaves and ginger until fragrant.

Add Malaysian Curry Bread to skillet and toast until lightly browned.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and crème fraîche until well combined.

Add toasted bread mixture to bowl and stir until eggs are fully coated.
