Portuguese Pasta Bake
A hearty and comforting pasta bake with a buttery, cheesy crust. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β12 oz SpaghettiLong, thin pasta
- β4 tbsp ButterUnsalted
- β1 cup, shredded Portuguese cheeseOptional: replace with mozzarella or cheddar
- β2 tbsp All-purpose flourFor thickening sauce
- β1/2 cup MilkWhole or 2%
- β1 tsp SaltTo taste
- β1 tsp Black pepperTo taste
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsleyOptional: for garnish

Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until al dente.
