A simple and flavorful Chinese-inspired stir fry made with soba noodles, hearty vegetables, and savory sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 Charcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup Heartysuch as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- β1 teaspoon Ginger
- β1 clove Garlic
