Jamaican Blueberry Bake
A sweet and spicy dessert that combines the flavors of Jamaica with the simplicity of a blueberry bake.
Ingredients

- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- β1/2 cup unsalted buttersoftened
- β2 large eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β2 cups blueberries
- β1 tsp jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1 tsp baking powder
- β1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
