Tunisian Chicken Shawarma
A delicious and flavorful North African-inspired chicken shawarma recipe, perfect for a quick and tasty dinner.

- β2 tablespoons Tunisian spice blendstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing chicken
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantrofor garnish
- β4-6 pita breads pita breadfor serving
- β1/2 cup red onionthinly sliced
- β2 medium tomatothinly sliced
- β1 cup pickled turnipsstore-bought or homemade
