Gorgonzola Pasta with Croatian Twist
A hearty and creamy pasta dish with a unique Croatian twist, featuring tangy gorgonzola cheese.
Ingredients

- β8 oz (225g) gorgonzola cheese
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 tsp croatian paprika

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the gorgonzola cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the gorgonzola sauce until well coated.
