Syrian-Style Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish from Syria, made with tender lamb and a blend of Middle Eastern spices.

In a large bowl, whisk together pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
