- ●2 tbsp tomato pasteconcentrated

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add berbere spice, cumin, and coriander; cook for 1 minute.

Add clams, coconut milk, and 1 cup water; bring to a boil.
