Spanish Cocido Madrileno Stew
A hearty, comforting stew originating from Madrid, featuring tender meats and vegetables in a rich broth.

- β1 loaf, cubed Hearty Bread
- β1 cup, sliced Porcini Mushrooms
- β2 medium, chopped Onions
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 cups, diced Tomatoes
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 cup Red Wine
- β4 cups Vegetable Broth
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Fermented Cheese
