Filipino-Style Chicken and Rice Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic dish made with chicken, rice, and spices, inspired by Filipino cuisine.
Ingredients

- β2 cups ricepreferably Filipino-style jasmine rice
- β2 tbsp pilaf spice blend
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup coconut milk

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add pilaf spice blend and stir to combine.
