Tunisian Frittata

- β1/2 tsp pepper
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- β1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Heat a 9-inch (23cm) oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add frittata and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour whisked eggs over frittata.
