Vietnamese-Style Braised Pork Belly
A hearty and comforting Vietnamese dish made with slow-cooked pork belly, served with a sweet and savory sauce.

- β1/2 cup Ca kho sauce
- β2 cups Towater
- β1/4 cup Gooey sugar
- β1 tsp Hearty black pepper

Heat the ca kho sauce in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the pork belly and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Braise for 2 1/2 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
