Mujadara Lentil Stew

Ingredients
- β1 cup lentilsgreen or brown lentils work well
- β2 tablespoons mujadaracrushed mujadara for added flavor
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1 teaspoon paprikasmoked or sweet
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β4 cups water

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
