Greek Pilaf with Feta
A hearty and flavorful side dish inspired by Greek cuisine, featuring a pilaf base topped with crumbled feta cheese.
Ingredients

- β2 cups chicken brothhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- β1 medium onion, chopped
- β2 cloves garlic, minced
- β1 tsp dried thymefresh or dried
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 cup grated feta cheesepreferably Greek

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
