Grilled Chicken Fajita Pasta
A hearty Mexican-inspired dish featuring grilled chicken and penne pasta.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breastscut into thin strips
- β8 ounces penne pastadried
- β1 red bell peppersliced
- β1 onionsliced
- β2 teaspoons fajita seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β1 tablespoon grill oilfor brushing grill grates
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped, for garnish
