Mediterranean Pasta Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious pasta dish inspired by the Mediterranean diet, featuring a mix of herbs and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Pastawhole wheat or gluten-free
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 cup Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, oregano)
- β1 cup Diced bell peppers
- β1 cup Sliced cucumber
- β1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- β1/4 cup Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- β Salt and pepper
