- β1 cup Chopped fresh parsleyfresh and fragrant

- β1/2 cup Kalamata olivespitted
- β1/4 cup Feta cheesecrumbly
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juicefreshly squeezed

Cook the couscous according to package instructions.

Chop the parsley and oregano, and set aside.

Thinly slice the red onion.

Pit the Kalamata olives.
