Ukrainian Homemade Dumplings
These hearty, homemade Ukrainian dumplings are a comforting and delicious meal. Simply boil or pan-fry these dumplings for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β3/4 cup Warm Water
- β1 Egg
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Shortening
- β2 cups Potato Filling
- β1/2 cup, finely chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and egg.

Gradually add in flour, salt, and shortening; mix until dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide dough into 8 equal pieces; roll each piece into a ball.
