Grilled Jamaican Cheese Dumplings

- β1 cup grated cheesecheddar or mozzarella work well
- β1 tablespoon jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- β1/2 cup water
- β1/4 cup scallions
