Hearty Irish Shrimp Chowder
A comforting and flavorful soup that combines the richness of Irish cuisine with the freshness of shrimp.
Ingredients
- β2 large, peeled and diced Potatoes
- β2 medium, peeled and sliced Carrots
- β1 large, chopped Onions
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 pound, peeled and deveined Shrimp
- β4 cups Chicken broth
- β1 cup Heavy cream
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
Instructions

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add diced potatoes and sliced carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
