Kenyan Beef Skillet
A hearty Kenyan-inspired beef skillet recipe, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef stripssirloin or ribeye works well
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Bell peppergreen or red, sliced
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β1 teaspoon Chili powder
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Skillet oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add bell pepper and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
