Grilled Prawn Skewers with German Flair
A hearty and light twist on traditional skewers, infused with German flavors. This dish is perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β12 king prawnspeeled and deveined
- β12 skewers
- β2 tbsp oil
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 onionmedium, thinly sliced
- β1 bell peppermedium, thinly sliced
- β1 tomatomedium, thinly sliced
- β1 tsp german seasoning
- β2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the prawns, onion, bell pepper, and tomato onto the skewers.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, german seasoning, and lemon juice.

Brush the skewers with the garlic-lemon mixture, making sure to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
