Spicy Beef Stew
A hearty beef stew with a kick of spice, perfect for a cold winter's night. This recipe serves 4-6 people and can be made in under an hour.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef stew meatcut into 1-inch cubes

- β1 medium red pepperchopped
- β1 medium sweet pepperchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 teaspoons chili powderor to taste
- β1 teaspoon cuminor to taste
- β2 tablespoons tomato pasteor 1 can diced tomatoes

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon oil and sear the beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion, red pepper, and sweet pepper to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
