Falafel Wrap
A flavorful Middle Eastern wrap filled with crispy falafel, fresh herbs, and creamy tahini sauce.
Ingredients
- β8 pieces Falafel
- β4 pieces Pita bread
- β1 head Romaine lettuce
- β1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- β1 medium Cucumber
- β1 cup Tahini sauce
- β1 cup Tabbouleh
- β1 tsp Sumac
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the falafel and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown.

Warm the pita bread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by spreading a layer of tahini sauce on each pita, followed by a few pieces of falafel, some romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and a sprinkle of sumac.

Top with a dollop of tabbouleh and serve immediately.
