Spicy Korean Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with tofu, korean chili peppers, and molten goodness.

Ingredients
- ●1 block (14 oz) Tofu
- ●2 tsp Korean chili peppers (gochugaru)
- ●2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- ●2 tbsp Soy sauce
- ●1 tbsp Brown sugar
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1-inch piece Ginger
- ●2 medium Potatoes
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●1/4 cup Green onions

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.

Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Add gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, and korean chili peppers.

Stir to combine and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
