Saudi Arabian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish featuring marinated lamb kebabs grilled to perfection, inspired by the cuisine of Saudi Arabia.
Ingredients
- β500g lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor marinating
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp gingergrated
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp corianderground
- β1 tsp paprikasmoked
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1 tsp black pepperto taste

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
