French Prawn Mille-Feuille Tart
A modern twist on the classic French pastry, featuring succulent prawns and a flaky, buttery crust.

- β1 sheet Puff Pastry
- β12 Large Prawnspeeled and deveined
- β2 tablespoons Butterunsalted
- β1 small Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β4 Mille-Feuille Pastry Sheetsthawed
- β1/4 cup Grated CheeseParmesan

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Cut into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch larger than a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add prawns and cook until pink. Season with salt and pepper.

Place puff pastry in the baking dish and fill with prawn mixture.

Cut mille-feuille pastry sheets into quarters and place on top of prawn mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown.

Top with grated cheese and return to oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
