Hearty Brazilian Roast Swede
A flavorful and comforting Brazilian-inspired dish featuring roasted swede and beef.
Ingredients
- β1 large Swedepeeled and chopped
- β500g Beef (or beef alternative)sirloin or ribeye, sliced
- β2 cloves Roasted garlicminced
- β1 cup Hearty beef brothhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor roasting
- β Salt and pepperto taste
- βchopped Fresh cilantrofor garnish
- β1 teaspoon Brazilian spice blendor to taste

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Toss the chopped swede with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.

Roast the swede in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your liking.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the minced roasted garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
