Black Bean Turkish Stew
A hearty, comforting stew made with black beans, turkey, and a hint of Turkish spices.
Ingredients
- β1 (15 ounce) can Black Beans, canned
- β1 pound Ground Turkey
- β1 packet Silky Onion Soup Mix
- β1 teaspoon Turkish Red Pepper Flakes
- β4 cups Beef Broth
- β2 tablespoons Hearty Tomato Paste
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the onion soup mix and cook for 1 minute.

Add the red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef broth, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the black beans and stir to combine.

Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
