Smoked American Skewers
A twist on traditional skewers, using smoked American ingredients for a vegan option that's both flavorful and nutritious.

- β1 1/2 pounds Portobello MushroomsStemmed and sliced into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- β2 large American Sweet PotatoesDiced into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup Hearty Marinara Sauce
- β2 large American Bell PeppersDiced into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large American OnionDiced into 1-inch pieces
- β1 package Skewer Skewers

In a large bowl, whisk together smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the mushrooms, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and onion. Toss to coat.
