Smoked Egyptian Shawarma

- β1 (1.5 kg) Smoked lamb shoulderShawarma-style
- β4-6 pieces Egyptian flatbreadpreferably day-old
- β1 medium Chopped onionoptional

- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Zatarcrushed

1. Cut the lamb shoulder into thin strips and season with salt, black pepper, and zatar.

2. Grill or pan-fry the lamb until tender and slightly charred.
