Smoked Fish Stew

- ●2 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 medium Carrots
- ●2 medium Yams
- ●2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- ●1 can Coconut milkfull-fat or low-fat
- ●1 teaspoon Curry powder
- ● Salt and pepper

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

Add the carrots and yams and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and curry powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the smoked fish and coconut milk, and stir to combine.
