Smoked Salmon Skewers with African Spices
A flavorful and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish, perfect for summer gatherings. This recipe combines the rich taste of smoked salmon with the bold flavors of Kenyan spices.

- β8 oz (225g) Smoked salmon
- β1 tsp (5g) Kenyan spicesA mix of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- β2 tbsp (30ml) Lime juice
- β1 tbsp (15ml) Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βchopped (optional) Fresh parsley
