Smoky Skillet BLT
A twist on the classic BLT sandwich, adding smoky flavor to the hearty American favorite.

- β4 Large eggs
- β2 slices Hearty bread
- β1 Skilletfor cooking
- β2 tbsp Butter

1. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Set aside.

2. Cook the bacon in the skillet over medium heat until crispy.

3. Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel.
