Smoky Canadian Gratin
A rich and creamy keto dish featuring smoky flavors, topped with a crispy Canadian-inspired crust.
Ingredients
- ●6 slices Canadian bacon
- ●1 cup, shredded Gruyère cheese
- ●1/2 cup, shredded Smoked cheddar
- ●1 cup Hearty vegetable broth
- ●1/2 cup Heavy cream
- ●1 cup, grated Gratin
- ●to taste Black pepper
- ●to taste Salt
- ●chopped (optional) Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook Canadian bacon over medium heat until crispy.

In a separate saucepan, combine vegetable broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in shredded Gruyère and smoked cheddar until melted and smooth.

Transfer the skillet with Canadian bacon to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Pour the cheese sauce over the Canadian bacon.
