Grilled Kenyan Skewers with Smoky BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- β500g Beef stripspreferably ribeye or sirloin
- β2 medium Onionchopped
- β2 medium Bell pepperchopped
- β2 medium Tomatochopped
- β2 tbsp Smoked paprika
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing grill
- β1 cup Smoky BBQ saucestore-bought or homemade

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread beef strips, onion, bell pepper, and tomato onto skewers.

In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika and olive oil.

Brush skewers with the paprika mixture, then season with salt and pepper.
