Smoky Russian Cheese Fritters

- β1 tsp Smoked paprika
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- β2 Eggs
- β1/4 cup Milk
- β1/2 cup, finely chopped Onion
- βto taste Salt

In a large bowl, combine the grated cheese, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt.

Add the flour and bread crumbs to the egg mixture and stir until just combined.
