Smoky Tunisian Potato Tagine
A hearty and flavorful North African-inspired stew made with smoky spices, potatoes, and tender meat. Serve with crusty bread or couscous for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β2 large Potatoes
- β2 tsp Tunisian spice blend
- β1 tsp Smoked paprika
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 can Diced tomatoes
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β Salt and pepper
- β4 cups Potato broth

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the Tunisian spice blend, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the potatoes, diced tomatoes, and potato broth. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
