Spicy Revithia Chickpea Stew
A hearty, flavorful stew inspired by Greek cuisine, perfect for a cold evening. Made with chickpeas, revithia, and a kick of spice.
Ingredients

- β1 can (14 oz) chickpeas, canned
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp chili flakes
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp tomato paste
- β2 tbsp lemon juice

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
