Syrian Borlotti Tagine Stew
A hearty, comforting stew made with borlotti beans and inspired by Syrian cuisine.

- β1 cup dried borlotti beanssoaked overnight and drained

- β1 teaspoon syrian spice blendor to taste

- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
