Italian Ikura Piadina Wraps
A unique Italian-inspired flatbread pizza wrap filled with smoked ikura and fresh ingredients.

Ingredients
- β1/4 cup IkuraSmoked salmon roe
- β4-6 PiadinaItalian flatbread
- β1 cup Heirloom TomatoSliced into thin rounds
- β1/2 cup Burrata CheeseFresh mozzarella with cream center
- β1/4 cup Fresh BasilChopped
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor brushing flatbread
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Brush the piadina with olive oil and bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy.

3. Remove the piadina from the oven and top with a spoonful of burrata cheese.

4. Add a few slices of heirloom tomato on top of the cheese.

5. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.

6. Finish with a spoonful of ikura on top.

7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
