Filipino Ginataang Bilo-Bilo

- β2 cups Glutinous rice flour
- β1/2 cup Water
- β2 cups Coconut milk
- β1 cup Sugar
- β1 cup Gata (coconut milk)
- β1 cup Ginataang (young coconut)shredded
- β1 cup Bilo-Bilo (glutinous rice balls)
- β1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- β1/4 cup Palm sugaroptional

Combine glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl. Knead until dough forms.

Shape dough into small balls.

Boil water and cook bilo-bilo for 10-15 minutes or until they float.

In a separate pan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and gata. Cook over medium heat.

Add ginataang and cook until it is well combined.

Add cooked bilo-bilo to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
