Australian Lamb Skewers with Herb Crust
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring lamb skewers with a delicious herb crust, perfect for a quick dinner or outdoor gathering.
Ingredients
- β500g Australian lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Fresh herbchopped, such as parsley or rosemary
- β1 tsp Crusted seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β1 tsp Saltto taste
- β1 tsp Pepperto taste
- β10-12 Skewerswooden or metal, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together chopped herb, crusted seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
