Syrian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish made with lamb, herbs, and spices, inspired by Syrian cuisine. Perfect for a quick dinner or outdoor BBQ.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Infused olive oil
- β2 tsp Herb blendmix of oregano, thyme, and rosemary
- β1 tsp Syrian kebab spice mix
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Lime juice

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, herb blend, Syrian kebab spice mix, salt, and black pepper.

Add lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.

Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until lamb reaches 145Β°F (63Β°C).

Brush with lime juice during the last minute of grilling.
