Turkish Shrimp Wrap
A flavorful wrap filled with shrimp, herbs, and spices, inspired by Turkish cuisine.
Ingredients
- ●12 Large shrimppeeled and deveined
- ●1 Infused wrapflour-based, gluten-free
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- ●2 tsp Turkish herb mixdried
- ●2 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- ●1 clove Garlicminced
- ●1 tbsp Olive oilextra-virgin
- ●to taste Saltcoarse

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Meanwhile, mix the Turkish herb mix, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.

Add the herb mix to the skillet with the shrimp and stir to combine.

Warm the infused wrap in the microwave or in a dry skillet for 10-15 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by placing the cooked shrimp mixture onto the wrap, followed by chopped cilantro.

Fold the wrap in half to enclose the filling.
