Vietnamese-Style Grilled Pork Skewers
A flavorful and aromatic dish originating from Vietnam. Marinated pork is grilled to perfection and served with fresh herbs.
Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together nuoc cham sauce, infused fish sauce, nuong seasoning, sugar, garlic, and black pepper.

Add the sliced pork to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated pork onto the bamboo skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.

Meanwhile, chop the fresh herbs and set aside.

Once the skewers are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
