- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- β2-inch piece Ginger
- β4 cups Bok choy
- β1 bunch Green onions
- β1 tbsp Sesame oil

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
