Argentinian Toast with Roasted Pak Choi and Herbal Salsa

- ●2 heads Pak choystemmed and chopped
- ●1/4 cup Herbs (such as parsley or oregano)chopped
- ●4 slices Toastpreferably day-old
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oilfor roasting

Toss the chopped pak choy with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
